This review from the lovely Bella, really is one that touches my heart most deeply as it is really a testimony of faith, patience, persistence and dedication. Qualities that are required for the fertility journey that Bella embodied so well.
Often when starting fertility yoga and holistic fertility practices with a client, the process is inner work and inner work has no time frame of "success". I cannot tell you how long we are going to work together and I am not going to guarentee that you will get pregnant within a certain amount of sessions, but what I can promise you is that the inner work done will work in you forever. It will continue to evolve as you evolve.
In working with Bella there was months of preparation of her body for her pregnancy. Commitment to yoga sessions, womb massages, prayer points and wisdom teachings which led to the most beautiful journey and the most beautiful little boy. I truly believe that we all have the nurturing of the "mother archetype" within us long before we become parents and this journey with Bella truly showed that nurturing herself with everything her soul needed brought her what her heart truly desired, a beautiful healthy baby.
To all the women who are currently on a fertility journey, I pray that you see that within yourself you have everything you need for the journey ahead. However long or short it may be, know that it is a journey that can bring you deeper into who you are and will prove to you that you are stronger than you realise.
